The Bowling Green Scholar House is a newly constructed apartment complex for parents who are enrolled at Western Kentucky University or Bowling Green Technical College and make less than $25, 872 per year. The new apartment complex is designed specifically for full-time students with children under the age of 18. The complex is a family environment of other students with children who are pursuing an education.
